Andrews is Principal of New York City based Environworks LLC, an organizational development & effectiveness consultancy specializing in change management, international corporate training, team building, leadership development, customer service systems and psychometric testing. He is also the Managing Director of the Trinidad and Tobago based Riesolve Consulting, an EAP consultancy. He has over 15 years corporate management and leadership experience with Fortune 500 Companies. As a General Manager and Corporate Trainer at The Gap Inc. Duane worked with upper management to impact corporate culture through the creation of management and leadership development programs, processes for building strong teams and by building new communication programs during the company’s internal merger process. Duane’s dexterity is in leading the implementation of organization-wide change initiatives through developing change leaders and reshaping people processes - selection, performance management, development, reward and communications - to improve business performance, employee and customer loyalty and sustainable value creation. He is a Certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation) Practitioner.
Duane holds an MBA in Management (Concentration in Organizational Behavior) from Pace University and a BBA in Management from the University of D.C. He is also a Corporate and Leadership Coach having completed the Coach Training Program for Masters Level Professionals at The Northeast Coaching Institute.
Duane is a specialist in organizational process, behavior, culture, change and design. He has had a long and productive record consulting and offering corporate leadership workshops and seminars on behavioral, strategic and structural aspects of managing large and complex organizations. The participants are typically executives and senior managers from some of the largest global companies; clients include: Bellevue Hospital, NYC Department of Transportation, AIG, Port Authority of NY/NJ, NYC Municipal Credit Union, Bank of Leumi, NYC Department of Buildings, Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), KIPP NYC and Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation (R.I.O.C).
