Many individuals often find themselves torn between conflicting thoughts when making significant life decisions, such as whether to continue or quit a job. On one hand, there may be compelling reasons to stay, represented by "X", while on the other hand, there may be valid reasons to leave, represented by "Y". This inner conflict can be perplexing and stressful, akin to spectating an extended game of tennis where the ball is constantly volleyed back and forth between the two arguments.

To help resolve this dilemma, we've developed this exercise. It involves taking a step back and examining the competing arguments in one's mind from an external perspective. By looking objectively at the contrasting viewpoints, one can gain clarity and insight into the situation, potentially facilitating a resolution regarding whether to stay or leave the job.
